Following Clever Group’s development and expansion plan, the Investment and Cooperation Signing Ceremony between New Class Education Technology Corporation (“LHM”) and VKids Vietnam Limited Company (“VKids”) took place in April 6, 2021.
LHM is a new business of Clever Group, in which it currently owns more than 95%. Meanwhile, VKids was built and developed by PPCLINK, which has more than 20 years of experience in mobile application creation and operation. Founded in 1999, PPCLINK has been famous for a variety of applications that have had the most number of downloads such as Vietnamese Calendar, eDict Dictionary, etc.
With this cooperation, VKids shall be under LHM’s management, thereby supplementing a new business line into Clever Group’s ecosystem. The founder and Chairman of Clever Group, Mr. Nguyen Khanh Trinh, was actually a college professor when he first started his career, so his vision and intentions for Clever Group's investment in digital education, online teaching, technology-education integration (edu -tech) is understandable.
